1. Financial Services Cloud Embedded AI for Agents

Financial Service Cloud customers can better serve their clients with AI-driven financial health summaries including asset allocation, portfolio performance, and progress towards financial goals. Using the record summary prompt templates and Einstein summary component, customers can create customized views of their client's financial health in Salesforce, ensuring secure handling of sensitive financial information.

The Benefit: Financial services organizations will have the data insights they need to help clients reach their goals faster.

2. Agentforce for Sales Coach

Sales reps can now gain access to coaching to enhance their ability to handle challenging conversations, improve performance, and increase ROI. The sales coach agent will analyze pitches and even role-play customer meetings for reps delivering valuable feedback to improve performance. Think negotiation, proposal pricing, and closing strategies—all designed to help reps sharpen their skills and drive better outcomes.

Progress can also be tracked through Salesforce reporting, helping sales managers identify areas for further development and ensuring reps are polished at every stage of the sales process.

The Benefit: Sales reps can learn from the sales coach feature before they have important conversations with customers, allowing them to stay one step ahead to deliver the maximum value to customers.

3. Monitor Agentforce Service Agent Conversations in Real-time

Supervisors can now monitor live messaging sessions between AI service agents and customers in real time using In-App Messaging and web sessions as an Omni Supervisor. This enhancement helps notify supervisors when conversations require human support, allowing them to flag and transfer conversations to human agents when necessary.

The Benefit: Real-time Agentforce monitoring ensures fast support resolution, connecting customers to a human agent when AI chat can't fully address their requests.

4. Agentforce Field Service – Resource Utilization by Filling Schedule Gaps

Dispatchers gain efficiency by setting up the Agentforce Field Service Actions to fill schedule gaps while focusing on high importance tasks. The system recommends appointments to fill gaps based on business rules and objectives, displaying potential matches for field service technicians best suited to complete the service appointment based on location and skill set. Predictive scheduling based on historical service trends further enhances resource allocation efficiency.

The Benefit: Dispatchers are able to maximize resource utilization while ensuring service appointments are completed promptly.

5. Einstein Conversation Insights

Use Call Explorer in Flows to automatically update records related to customer calls, giving sales reps the ability to save time with automatic updates of Salesforce records. This feature enables organizations to create tasks based on topics discussed during calls and ensures data accuracy throughout the sales cycle. Compatibility with Salesforce Einstein Activity Capture supports a comprehensive data strategy, reducing administrative burden and increasing productivity.

The Benefit: Salesforce administrators and product owners create automations triggered by customer call recordings (based on discussed topics) to streamline the sales process so no steps are missed.
