Through its subsidiaries and predecessors, it has provided automobile insurance across many states, helping customers protect what matters most. With a deep history in the industry and a commitment to affordable coverage, the organization continues to look for ways to modernize operations and empower its teams—especially in the world of Field sales. ### **Challenges** As the agency’s business needs evolved, its existing [Tableau](https://www.tableau.com/) reports fell short of supporting Field Sales effectively. The team relied heavily on manually updated Excel scorecards to track agency performance, a time-consuming process that introduced delays and potential inaccuracies. Without the technical expertise to fully utilize Tableau, extracting and leveraging key data points became a challenge. Additionally, the available reports failed to deliver the most relevant insights for managing agency performance, leaving Field Sales without the timely and actionable information they needed. ### **Solution** To address these challenges, the agency implemented two new CRMA dashboards—Scorecard and Agency Page—designed for real-time visibility into performance metrics. Agency Summary Records were integrated with existing Salesforce Agency Information using [Salesforce Flow](https://www.salesforce.com/mulesoft/automation/), ensuring a seamless connection between systems. To maintain accuracy, outdated CRMA Agency Summary Records were automatically removed, eliminating clutter and preserving data integrity. The outdated Tableau reports were replaced with insights that aligned with both business needs and the data from the Excel scorecards, while the reporting framework was adjusted to track by calendar year rather than accident year. ### **Outcome** With these changes in place, the agency eliminated its dependence on manual Excel scorecards by exposing agent data directly within [Financial Services Cloud](https://www.salesforce.com/financial-services/cloud/). Automated, integrated reporting replaced inefficient manual processes, freeing up valuable time for Field Sales teams.
